Raw Material Inspection
For the best quality and guaranteed satisfaction, OKF adapts the hygienic
and automated raw material inspection system based on rigorous and scientific processes.
The most of all raw materials supplied go through the system fully.
Mixing
Our systems are designed to deliver the best in sanitation and mixing by
maintaining uniform temperature and solids consistency throughout the tank,
even for high-viscosity products that require rapid mixing and uniform heating
and/or cooling.
Sterilization
The basis of UHT(Ultra-High Temperature) process is the sterilization of beverages
before packaging, then filling into pre-sterilized containers in a sterile atmosphere.
The reduction in process time due to higher temperature (UHTST) leads to a higher
quality product guaranteeing longer than 24 months of shelf life, without refrigeration.
Bottle Input
Depalletizing, sorting, washing and UV sterilization
before entering to the filling line.
Filling
High Speed Automatic Bottle Filling & Capping Machine
can be adapted to a wide assortment of bottle shapes and liquids properties.
The equipment utilizes the latest technologies to achieve the highest speeds
and most accurately filled bottles in the industry.
Line Inspection
Double inspection system is adapted for our quality assurance.
Camera Inspection Systems catches the capping default and QC personnel inspect
other than capping condition, which offer an all-in-one quality assurance program
that guarantees zero defect .
Post-Sterilization
Incase UHT sterilization is not enough for a certain product,
post-sterilization like Retort system is applied.
The goal of retort processing is to obtain commercial sterilization
by the application of high temperature for long time.
Packing
Variety of packing methods is available with our system like carton box,
tray pack and shrink pack.
Microbiological Examination
After production, the microbiological examination is conducted for
every product to pass the commercial release and shipment.
Container Loading
The products produced are stored into a warehouse for container shipment.
The warehouse is well connected with the modern technological system for FIFO.
